Kismet Outfitters offers guided fly fishing trips, schools, hosted travel, corporate events and casting clinics for both beginner and seasoned anglers alike. Their goal is to make each trip unforgettable. They achieve this by not only guiding, but teaching. They can guarantee you will leave the day with a better and broader understanding of this beautiful sport. They specialize in salt water for striped bass, false albacore, bluefish and bonito. They also guide fresh water creeks and streams for trout and salmon. They guide in Martha’s Vineyard & Maine and various locations in New England. Every time you fish with them it will be more than just a guided trip, it will be a lifetime experience.
FULL DAY TRIP
Full day trips are a great way to spend an entire day on the water. Full day trips are typically 8 hours. Equipment and lunch are included.

HALF DAY TRIP
Half day trips are about 4 hours of fishing. They are a great way to spend a morning or afternoon on the water. Equipment is included.

OFF-SEASON TRIPS
They fish many waters throughout New England such as the rivers in Western Mass (ex: Deerfield, Hoosic, Swift) and Farmington River in Connecticut. Let them know where you want to fish and they can make it happen!

Our exceptionally stable boards gives users a high vantage point which enhances the sight casting experience. All equipment is included along with snacks and beverages! No experience necessary!

PADDLE BOARD GUIDED TRIPS
There is no better way to see the beauty Martha’s Vineyard than by paddle board. Our guides are very knowledgable and passionate about the island and will introduce you to the island’s secluded natural beauty. Guided paddle board trips are run two times a day, Thursday-Sunday at 10 Am and 5 Pm. No experience necessary! Private trips and lessons are available upon request all days of the week. Paddle boards are available for half day, full day, or week long rentals. Boards can be picked up at the shop or delivered island wide. There are three styles of board available for rental, our L2 Utility, L2 Fish, and L4 Fish.

SCHOOLS
A one or two day school is a great way to get fully immersed in the art of fly fishing. They are ideal to get involved in fly fishing, brush off bad habits or learn a new fishery. Once leaving our school you can hit the water confidently with new tools and techniques at hand. In our schools you will learn the art of the fly cast, knot tying, reading the water, what fish eat and when, fish fighting and landing, wading technique, safety, conservation and so much more. You will leave the day with your own book so you can refer back.
Schools will be taught classroom style in the morning and out on the water in the afternoon. A two day school provides the angler with more time to be immersed in the sport. Both fresh and salt water curriculum can be covered in a two day school. There is a 4 person maximum to ensure quality learning and hands on experience. Special arrangements can be made for larger groups. You will leave the day with the knowledge and confidence to go fish on your own. All equipment is included.
CASTING LESSONS
Everyone can benefit from a casting lesson, no matter if you have been fishing you whole life or just started. Casting lessons are a great way to learn the basics of the fly cast, brush off the cobwebs or get rid of bad habits. With a better cast you can spend more time catching fish. They offer one or two hour private lessons and also group lessons. All equipment is included.
